I purchased a 100' roll of Flatwire 12 gauge speaker wire and accessories for one of my installs where pulling conventional wire was just not an option. The product exceeded my expectations for build, sound quality, and ease of use. Without this my install would not have been possible. My customers and colleagues can't believe the stuff is that thin until they see it- which is why I keep a sample on hand to prove it. Thank you Flatwire, keep up the good work!

It was an adjustment at first for our technicians and our drywaller; however, that adjustment was made on the first install of the Flatwire product and it turned-out to be a very nice result that earned us a client who is now sending us to do a whole automated home project for him in Costa Rica next year! 

On our next large-scale Flatwire installation we were doing a project in a New High Rise in the Chelsea District on New York's Manhattan Island.  This was a small project for us as we are used to 8,000 - 40,000 square foot homes in Orange County, CA.  In addition to this, we were faced with New York construction codes and a building Manager who did not like or want Californian companies working in their building.  The building could not stop us from doing the work in the High-Rise Condo as we had the proper licensing, certifications and exceeded their insurance and fire rating requirements; however, they did restrict our ability to run wiring in wall... they thought that this would stop us! 

We changed-up the project and incorporated a fully distributed Audio and Video system from one centralized closet to the rest of the Condo using Flatwire Speaker Wire, Component Video Cables, S-Video Flatwire (for data transfer) and RF Flatwire (to change the location of the cable output into our cabinet) and the result was perfection and a very happy client (one who was willing to fly us to the opposite side of the country due to the high quality of products and services that she was used to working with our company).  Thanks to everyone at FlatWire for getting the product to us at the last minute and being there to help support our company!

To say that FlatWire lived up to my expectations would be an understatement.  I was laying new wood laminate flooring and I needed a solution to the problem of getting wire across a 15' room to my surround speakers.  I looked at quite a few different products all claiming to be "flat" but none of them were as flat as the FlatWire product.  I was a bit hesitant at first because I was really afraid of what would happen if something went wrong or if the wire did'nt live up to its hype.  I would have to rip out all of my flooring!

5 days before I was to begin my flooring project I found and contacted FlatWire regarding their speaker wire.  The nice person on the other end was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns.  They even went out of their way to make sure that the wire would go out that day via air freight!  I would have been delayed 1 week if not for their awesome service.

From there everything was as smooth as silk.  The instructions were well explained and the connectors were easy to install (even for this amateur diy'er) and hookup.  I have recommended FlatWire to all of my friends and I will continue to use them on any new projects that I have that need the best flat wire on the market.

From opening the package after receiving the FlatWire product everything just fell in place.  The installation was seamless from beginning to end after reading the instructions which I highly encourage. The drywall compound covered the FlatWire easily with a 12" drywall knife.  This tool will decrease excess compound that you will have to take off later in the process. The FlatWire disappeared from view with a little lite sanding. I ran the FlatWire around the top of the wall but it would have worked equally well lower on the wall. I could not have installed the speakers in the 4 hours it took me (2 hours to apply day 1, 2 hours to finish day 2) without this product.  I will use the FlatWire product again just because it is so cool.

I'm writing to thank you for such an excellent product in your FlatWire solution.  I recently bought a set of flat panel speakers for my home theater system and needed to install them.  I live in a loft and the installation would be above a bulkhead and a stairwell and I'm not good with heights so I wanted to spend the minimum amount of time up a ladder.
